Director (Founder)
Papaliitele Laa Uitime is of Samoan heritage, born in Wellington, New Zealand, and now calls Australia home. With a Batchelor in Social Work majoring in Biculturalism of practice and a Diploma in Mental Health Services, Laa specializes in developing and designing new health concepts of care.
With 20 + years' experience in the industry he has been working in Child & Adolescents Mental Health, Adult Metal Health, forensics. He has extensive experience in leading and designing health-related projects at all levels of government across Australasia, and consulting/advising community initiatives.
He is passionate about creating new pathways of care for our multicultural communities through integration, innovation, and storytelling. His wealth of experience and insights pivot leVOYCE to be a highly strategic, competent, and insightful service.
